"James was an excellent host who was extremely responsive. The accomodations is the best we have stayed so far within the area after multiple trips. the furnitures, fittings, and all ammenities including internal laundry was very nice, modern and top class. The space is generously sized, carpark was in a gated garage with 2 lots. The property was pristine. We would highly recommend this accomodations for your next trip to the vicinity. Kailani 202 – 3 bedroom waterfront apartment sleeps 7 guests.

Kailani 302 – 3 bedroom waterfront apartment sleeps 7 guests.

Kailani 301 – Level 3 | 2 living area | 3 bedroom waterfront apartment sleeps 8 guests.

Kailani 402 – 4 bedroom Penthouse sleeps 8 guests.

Yes – the spacious layouts, full kitchens and thoughtful amenities make it ideal for family stays.
Yes – direct bookings are preferred and offer the best availability and rates.

Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the total amount paid, less any non-refundable booking or service fee disclosed at the time of Booking.

Cancellation 14 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total Booking amount will be forfeited.

Cancellation fewer than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total Booking amount will be forfeited.

Cancellations must be made in writing to bookings@kailanibatemansbay.com.au.
